Diaconate Meeting Synopsis

To keep the congregation informed of the Diaconate’s activities, we will publish a “synopsis” of each meeting in the Messenger and on the website.

Worship: Offering Boxes will be installed April 21st.

Sunday Evening Service: Delayed to respect Pastor Ron’s time after the passing of his mother.

Christian Ed: There will be no summer Sunday School – current classes will continue until June 14th, then begin again after Labor Day.

Leadership Training for Small groups: Five hour training set for June 13th for Diaconate members, end of August or early September for small group leaders/congregation.

Nominating Committee: Scott Webb agreed to be the final member of the committee.

Pastoral Relations Committee: Rob will confirm current members.

Audit Committee: Still need two additional members to join Curt Marchione.

Friday Fun Night: It was decided to use money in the “Family Camp” savings account (proceeds from rummage sales) to cover these expenses.
